Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JNJ GLAM. We accept Worldwide shipping.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days for packaging, quality check and payment verification etc. 
We do not pack Orders, ship out or deliver on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
 
International Shipping Policy
Shippings time 7-10 business days or sooner depending on location. packaging, Payment verification and Quality Checks Will take 3 business days which is not  included in the overall shipping time. 

Shipment confirmation & Order   tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JNJGLAM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JNJ GLAM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
NOTE
If shipping address was input wrongly and you’d like to change the information, please immediately contact us via info@jnjglamltd.com  because Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. We won’t be  be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.
